This program implements the PDCA cycle and ensures quality through the Steering Committee, which formulates and decides on various plans; the Evaluation Committee, which provides evaluation and advice; and the Implementation Group, composed of program faculty members from each participating university and relevant department staff. The Steering Committee is composed of members selected from each university. Based on the policies and plans decided by the Steering Committee, the Implementation Group collaborates to execute the program. The Evaluation Committee consists of at least three members from each country and provides evaluation and advice from the perspectives of academic practice and societal needs.
